La matraque n'est pas la seule solution. Il faut avoir recours à la médiation. Mais chercher les raisons profondes de ces protestations ne les intéresse pas. A l'origine, le port a été construit pour favoriser le développement de la ville. Mais la pauvreté est telle que ceux qui visitent Sidi Ifni peuvent se croire en Somalie ou à Djibouti. La différence est impressionnante quand on arrive à Tiznit. C'est là-bas qu'atterrissent toutes les recettes. Les travaux sur la route de Sidi Ifni à Tantan, lancés en 2005, ne sont toujours pas terminés. Aujourd'hui, le ministre de l'Intérieur joue sur la peur. Il a assuré que les prochaines interventions des autorités seront beaucoup plus musclées. Selon moi, le début d'une solution serait de créer une préfecture à Sidi Ifni Ait Baamrane. UNICEF: Improving classroom conditions in Djibouti Descrição do Vídeo: DJIBOUTI, Djibouti, 31 July 2008 -- Hadj Dideh Primary School is one of the many schools in Djibouti that are in urgent need of repair. It will also be one the first schools in the country to be rehabilitated with support from a partnership between UNICEF and Dubai Cares -- a Gulf-based initiative that has raised $1 billion to help educate 1 million children in poor countries. At Hadj Dideh Primary, the old classrooms are run-down and falling apart. The walls are cracked and there are large holes in the ceilings. The school's library is in urgent need of new books, and facilities for water and sanitation are poor. "The toilets are broken, the plumbing doesn't work. There are faeces everywhere and the walls have been vandalised," said Arid Mohamed Salem, 11.
