At todays press briefing in Pozna? , Yvo de Boer gave
an update on a number of areas under discussion,
including Adaptation. An important issue was how to
increase funding for Adaptation, particularly for Least
Developed Countries, he said, adding that many countries
had expressed their frustration over difficulties in
accessing funding from the Least Developed Countries
Fund.
During negotiations on mitigation potentials, Mr. de Boer
said the need for developed countries to show leadership
on reducing emissions was voiced strongly, amid criticism
of the low level of ambition being shown

Additionally, Posse Comitatus or Power of Country,
was passed into law June 16, 1878. This was done to
prevent martial law - or "military police" in the
country. Posse comitatus was overturned in 2006 by HR
5122 the John Warner Defense appropriations bill of 2007
and then was restored recently by H.R. 4986 the Defense
appropriations bill for 2009.
Martial Law - when military works as the police force
inside of a country, occurred most famously in 1877 when
it was used as crowd control during strikes when Union
workers brought manufactures to their knees by massive
strikes for fair wages

of teaching children safety and building confidence and
fitness. Only to be told by Sport England that they do
not recognise a Governing Body in the Uk for the sport
and they consider it dangerous!
Something thanks to the BBC has now been played down by
them! Thank goodness for the press!
The EKF (English Karate Federation) with 72 associations
within the Uk would disagree with the allegation. They
have just self funded a national team to compete in
Japan!
