 OV-chipkaart: Inchecken gaat helemaal mis bij GVB

Op vrijdag 28 November was ik als zelfverklaarde
testreiziger weer actief met mijn chipkaart. Na een
busrit bij Connexxion met de chipkaart stap ik over in
lijn 48 van het GVB (Amsterdam CS - Sloterdijk en vice
versa)
Bij het inchecken gaat het helemaal mis als de lezer 'tot
ziens' meldt in plaats van 'overstap OK'
Voor deze gebeurtenis hoor je de lezer dubbel piepen met
de melding 'Laat uw kaart nogmaals lezen' op het scherm,
mijn reactie is ook luid en duidelijk te horen.
Bij het uitchecken op CS mocht ik uiteraard opdraaien
voor de fout in het systeem, en werd mij 4 euro gerekend:

the idea is that they would show cartoons for girls and
boys back to back and I was asked to do some animation
which would be a kids drawing come to life(hence the
stick kids, I promise its not my rubbish drawing skills.
I was asked to do it in this style) The drawings where to
be a girl and a boy fighting or annoying each other to
promote the idea of Girls vs Boys... this one is the
first one I did.
