Nils Einar Poppe, före 1966 Jönsson, född 31 maj 1908
på Möllevången i Malmö, död 28 juni 2000 i Helsingborg,
var en svensk skådespelare och teaterdirektör. Han är
kanske främst förknippad med folkliga komedier. Han
erhöll utmärkelsen Illis Quorum år 1988.
Poppe var gift med Inga Landgré 1949-59 och Gunilla Poppe
från 1965. Han fick barnen Anja Landgré och Dan Landgré
samt Mia Poppe och Thomas Poppe. Han är gravsatt på
Allerums kyrkogård norr om Helsingborg.
Poppes mor var ogift och lämnade bort honom till en
änglamakerska för att dö. Han räddades dock till livet
och kom till fosterföräl
