Amtrak Silver Meteor (97) 12 03 08
Descrição do Vídeo:
After the southbound Silver Star came the southbound
Silver Meteor which arrived into Miami about 13 minutes
late. Since the video came out dark, I tried to increase
the brightness of the video and filmed a second clip to
try to get a good shot of the train. 97 had only one
P42DC and a Horizon Dinette which I did not get to film.
Filmed from the Miami-Dade Transit bus stop at the Miami
Amtrak station.

Amtrak 170 West leading Empire Builder 7 with nice SHC Nice K5LA as well

Boy, that engineer was extremely friendly. Amtrak
P42DC 170 West was leading and 50 was trailing Empire
Builder #7 to Edmonds, WA about 6 minutes late after
being held up in the MP 18 siding after waiting for a low
priority transfer freight, which is lame to me personally
since the station is only about 100 feet away. Anyways,
The Engineer gave me a beautiful Shave and a Haircut on
the beautiful K5LA horn. I was able to get a Shave and a
Haircut from the engineer who said hello from the cab. I
ask him if he can do it and he said sure. He did a good
job doing it. I owed him alot of thank y
