In Nigeria around 400 people have been killed during
two days of clashes between Muslim and Christian rivals
gangs in the central Nigerian city of Jos. Here's more:
STORY:
Nigerian soldiers are patrolling the central city of Jos
after two days of sectarian rioting left hundreds dead.
The clashes between Christians and Muslims erupted after
a disputed local election.
A Muslim charity says its registered more than 350 bodies
at the city's main mosque, and more are arriving from the
five neighbourhoods at the centre of the unrest.
The death toll is predicted to rise - as yet, there's no
