Surf's up in St Mark's Square in Venice.
As Venetians struggle to keep their feet dry after
Italy's lagoon city was hit by the biggest flood in 20
years, Dutch surfer Duncan Zuur is busy fulfilling a
long-held ambition.
The 34-year old wakeboarding champion delighted bemused
tourists, who gathered in front of the Basilica to watch
the bizarre spectacle.
Zuur, who finished third in the 2004 world championships,
zoomed around the flooded piazza, pulled by a cable
attached to a portable motor.
For years Zuur chanced his luck in Venice, hoping to
