 Poser-to-Carrara Testing

This is a test render for the animation that I'm
currently working on. This render was to test Carrara's
ability to import and render Poser 6/7 dynamic cloth
files. The animation was accomplished using a
commercially available motion capture file.
The character being animated is a generic "Jessi"
character from Poser 6/7. All clothing was modelled and
textured by me using Modo 302 (from Luxology).
Also, the character's hair is a dynamic cloth that I
modelled in Modo 302 and clothified in Poser 6/7.

Tiny Bean Bag - Reactor Cloth Test

How? : Just placed a plane, then a cone, and modified it
into a quick shape, and placed a sphere on it and added
"Reactor Cloth" from the modify Tab, and chosen a
"CLCollection" (Cloth Collection) from the reactor tab,
which basically is the collector f
Data: Added a rigid body collection and Selected everything (Plane, Sphere, Cone) into the RB Collection. And changed mass/weight/concave/etc; in the M.E. editor.
Next step, I've chosen the Maxwell renderer, and by choosing that, applied MAXWELL MATERIALS Into the Plane, Sphere and Cone and turned Default Sky on with environment set to light yellow-greenish colour and intensity to 100%
Created animation in the reactor, and set it to 30 fm/ps..
Gravity: (Z Axis) -488;
Rendered it for 1 min Max for each frame at 320 x 240 Pixels.
Took about 2.8 Hours to render and here's the final result! :)

3d tilemap deformed on all 3 axis for variation

I appreciate its not a very good title, but i can't
think how else to describe it so i'll break it down into
what has changed since the last video.
Hopefuly you will notice that the harsh 90 degree walls
of the last video are gone, I am still using the same
tiles to generate this however i now create a texture map
showing the required deformations of each tile which is
then given a bilinear resize to blur the edges, i then
use this texture map in the same way as i use my 2 height
maps to deform the mesh, this time on the x and z axis.
As i write better tools for generating all this i wil
