Somaliland is self-reliant nation with working
democratic institutions, indepedent judiciary system,
police force, military, small navy, child care centers,
primary schools, secondary schools and universities, and
they are about to build the first Somali Science Academy
at a cost of $1.5-2 million (all from Somaliland
investors mainly by Dr Ahmed Hussein Isa (Cisse)) this
project will be finished 2009 the latest it will be
situated in Abaarso near Hargeisa.
There are American universities, Ethiopian, and soon
there is going to be South African, British and French
universities.

Flippa in a blazing energy force that flies through the
